We only ship to USA customers and the only form of shipping is Priority Mail, we do not use any other faster mailing services, unless prior arrangements are made ahead of time and you would be responsible for additional shipping cost. The price of shipping depends on which package you purchase. If you order package one the shipping cost is $11.05, which consist of $8.95 for the priority box and $2.10 for signature delivery and insurance. Package two and three have no shipping but does cost $2.10 for signature delivery and insurance. Any other packages or services the shipping will be included in the cost of the packages. If you mail us something it is always best to send it with signature required for we can not be held responsible for any lost payments lost in the mail. How is my personal information protected? We do not sell our client list to anyone, for at any price. We do not give our customer's information to any governmental organization for any reasons. How can I pay? All prices in our web store are presented in US dollars. You can pay by US Postal Money ONLY. We are sorry but other people have made it hard on the rest, all other forms of payment will be returned to you. Plus this is part of you becoming free for it protects your identity. Once you have placed your order in our shopping cart, print out two copies of your invoice, one to mail in with your payment and one for your records. Then go to your Post Office and buy a Postal Money Order for the amount of your order. If you are mailing us something it is always best to send it with signature required for we can not be held responsible for any lost payments lost in the mail.. What is your Return policy? This information is for education purposes only, what you do with it is completely up to you. The only time we will except the products back is if the package was damaged during shipping or the CDs or DVDs do not work. You must ship the damage package back to us and your shipping will be refunded back to you and a new package shipped back to you free of charge. There are no other returns excepted. Do you accept military addresses for shipping (FPO, APO)? Yes we do accept military addresses and we ship them signature required, however we can not be held responsible for shipping of successful delivery. We had many cases when parcel with such destination address were lost, the shipping maybe different depending on if you are in the US or out of the states, you would be responsible for any extra shipping cost. What if I am not satisfied with your product or service? We ship out product that is in good condition. If for some reason the Book, CDs or DVDs are not in good condition, return them to us and we will refund you the shipping and ship you out new ones. We would love to tell you that we have a 100% Money Back Guarantee, but there are no guarantee's in this life.
